The one thing we gotta remember is that the more you do the same thing, the better you’ll get at it. And the more you have consistency behind it you’ll certainly build that as a habit.

Key is to do the new habit that you’re trying to build accompanied with something that you already do, makes it easier to associate and build up that new hobby.

So I’m still struggling, but I’ve got to keep on trucking and build that this new habit and muscle out.
